IT was hardly a surprise to wake up this morning and find that England had been knocked over by Australia to level the Ashes series at 1-1. Any hopes of a dramatic rescue of my draw-no-bet tip on England earlier in the week were exterminated by the final session on Saturday morning (UK time) when the Aussies struck five times.
However, this blog is nothing if not transparent, and the defeat secured a losing tip from earlier in the week on England.
